Just follow the steps listed below and you'll be on your way to receiving quality products at discount prices!
Browsing the Store
Browse through our store by selecting the appropriate tab at the top of the screen for your area of interest. Each main heading lists 12 featured products.
On the left of each main page are blue, hyper-linked sub-headings within that general category. Simply click on each link to view the products available in that section.
If you would like to view a larger image of a particular product or more details, click on either the picture of that product or the "see details" button.
To add an item to your shopping cart, simply click the "add to cart" button. Products in your shopping cart can be edited or removed at any time.
When you are finished shopping and would like to purchase the items in your shopping cart, click on the "Checkout" button.
This will take you to the 3-Step checkout process. For your first purchase, you will need to register as a customer and fill in your contact, billing, and shipping information. When you return to purchase again, all of your information will be securely saved and you will be able to make purchases with only a few clicks!
Payment information is not required until the final step of the checkout process. This will give you a chance to look over the items in your shopping cart, as well as review shipping charges and any taxes (PA Residents only) and make any last minute changes.
Paying by Credit Card Online using our Secure Server:
On Step 2 of 3 Select "credit card" as your payment method.
Step 3 of 3 will ask you to enter in your credit card information. The information you send to us will be encrypted and secure for your protection. Please review our Online Payment Protection for further details.
After you have entered in your payment information, click on the "Complete Purchase" button at the bottom of the screen.
You will be taken to your confirmation page showing the details of your order.
An e-mail confirmation will also be emailed to you shortly after placing your order.
Once your items are shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number(s).
If you prefer to place your order by phone, feel free to call us at (800) 910-7790 24 hours a day!
To help expedite the phone ordering process, simply complete the online checkout process and select "Pay By Phone" on step 2 of 3. You can then call (800) 910-7790 with your Order ID# from step 3 of 3 and your credit card details and we'll be happy to take your payment information by phone.
You can also place an order by mail. Simply choose "Pay by check or money order" as your payment method on Step 2 of 3. Print out a copy of your invoice from Step 3 of 3 and submit with a check or money order made payable to Elder Depot to the following address:
