Please use measurement below to check whether you have a Standard Size toilet or an Elongated Size toilet.

INSTRUCTIONS TO CHECK YOUR TOILET SIZE:
Measure from the Hinge Holes in the back to the Front of the bowl.
STANDARD Size = 16.5"
ELONGATED Size = 18.5"

Elongated Size (Approximate Dimensions):
* Exterior Surface: 19-1/4"L x 14"W x 3-1/2"H
* Interior Hole: 13-1/2"L x 10"W

Installation:
This item attaches with 6" long bolts (included) in the back of the toilet. You remove your existing toilet seat, install the toilet seat elevator and place your existing toilet seat with lid on top. The extra long bolts should install through the back of both components (your toilet seat and the raised toilet seat) and secure underneath the toilet.
Most toilet seats include bolts that can be changed, but you need to make sure that your existing toilet seat has bolts that are removable so that the 6" long bolts can be used.
