Methods of Payment

ONLINE ORDERS:

Paying on our web site by Credit Card through our secure server is the preferred method of payment and ensures speedy delivery. Please review our Online Payment Protection for further details.

PHONE ORDERS:

You can also place an order during normal business hours by calling (800) 910-7790 24 Hours a Day. For faster service, please follow these steps prior to calling in your order:

1. Place all products you would like to purchase into your shopping cart.
2. Click on checkout.
3. Complete the online registration form.
4. Select "Order by Phone" on Step 2 of 3 and click continue.
5. The next screen will have an ORDER ID# listed at the top and a printable order confirmation page. Please have this order ID# available when calling to place your order.

Notice: Phone orders must be billed to a credit card or set up so you can mail in a check or money order.

MAIL ORDERS:

You may submit your order information to us through mail delivery by following the steps below:

1. Place all products you would like to purchase into your shopping cart.
2. Click on checkout.
3. Complete the online registration form.
4. Select "mail check or money order" as your payment option on step 2 of 3.
5. Print a copy of your invoice from your confirmation page and send it along with a check or money order made payable to "Elder Depot" to:
